Return Policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. You must return the product at your own cost, and once we receive the item, we will refund the total amount of your initial purchase, excluding shipping fees. Please include your name and order number on returned packages. Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before receiving a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and strive to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. For any questions regarding a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

To receive a new item, return the one you have and, once the return is approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing refunds may take some time depending on your bank or credit card company.
